Product Description

This tuning package will get you up to 500 PS and 600 Nm of torque. Below is our list of recommended software and hardware to achieve this.
  • REVO Stage 2 Software up to 525ps & 650Nm of torque.
  • REVO Carbon Air intake system.
  • REVO Turbo inlet pipe
  • Revo intercooler
  • Milltek hi-flow sports cat and downpipe to stock cat-back system.
  • Recommend  uprated spark plugs.
  • Recommended uprated suspension.
  • Recommended uprated brakes.
  • NOTE: Power is dependant on Fuel Quality, Performance Settings and Conditions.

This package is a very nice setup. The intake hardware, the intercooler and the downpipe and hi-flow sports cat really make a big difference freeing up the engine and allowing it to rev more freely while it can really make use of the turbo and deliver more boost without adding much more heat as the hardware helps keep all this under control the result is simply amazing. The mid-range shove from this setup is addictive. The stage 2 Revo software has been developed and fine-tuned with this specific hardware setup and produces impressive numbers but as with all Revo software it is so much more than numbers. How the car drives with this setup and all the small tweaks just enhance what is already a great car making it even better. We have our own RS3 with this setup installed and we can tell you will not be disappointed.

Revo Performance ECU Software for the 2.5TFSI transforms how the car can be driven. Out of the box, the RS3 demands attention and respect, and rightly so. With 400PS and 480NM torque, an incredible 5 cylinder soundtrack, less weight than the previous model and impressive acceleration times, all the right ingredients are there.

Intensively tested and refined over twelve months, throttle response has been dialled in to give the driver a deeper sense of connection and involvement with the car, something the stock model seems to lack. Rather than being pulled, the hike in torque gives the feeling of a firm push from the bottom of your back, and it’s addictive. The car now begs to be driven hard, it’s now able to break traction in corners, and dares you to bury your right foot. Optimised power delivery and with much more torque at its disposal, you can now drop below 4000rpm and still pull hard out of any corner without hesitation.

Revo offers some of the most substantial performance increases on the market, however, only the driven know that peak figures form part of a much bigger picture and are never the sole focus during Revo’s development process; it’s all about the drive. Only Revo offers a perfect balance of performance, economy and engine longevity. With an intercooler, downpipe and air intake system, you can expect a completely different experience behind the wheel.

Revo performance ECU Software gives you much more than just an increase in power and torque. A large part of development is based on driving scenarios and feedback; our calibration doesn’t just offer great dyno curves and peak power/torque figures but an exhilarating driving experience. Expect smooth and refined response at low RPM & partial throttle, with huge gains at wide-open throttle and throughout the whole rev range. Whilst adding in lots of extra features such as temperature protection, left foot braking, extra exhaust acoustics and also fixing the “wastegate rattle”.

RPM is limited until safe oil temperature is reached.

Enhanced engine cooling and oil temperature management.

The top speed limit for this vehicle has been removed.

Left foot braking has been enabled on this vehicle.

Enhanced exhaust acoustics and valve control.

Only Revo operates a Global Development Programme through its network of over 400 Revo Authorised Dealers worldwide. Access to vehicles on this scale enables the calibration team to fine-tune products before release, testing products in a wide range of climates and conditions including altitude, fuel quality, humidity. This also allows Revo to test how Revo products perform in different driving scenarios and formed a vital part in the development of Performance ECU Software.

The Revo tuning philosophy ensures that impressive performance benefits are balanced with useable, reliable power delivery that enhances the way you can drive your vehicle. Development on the road and racetrack as well as testing in controlled dyno conditions gives you a clearer picture of the performance you can expect from Revo ECU Software. Testing in this way plays an important role in ensuring the highest quality products and delivering the driving experience expected.

Only Revo performance ECU Software maintains and enhances factory safety levels along with additional driving features. With the SPS Software Switch, you can even switch between three pre-set fuel quality modes depending on the fuel you use.

For engine oil to work effectively and lubricate your engine it needs time to warm up. When you first start your car, the cold oil is at its thickest, producing higher oil pressure when pumped around the engine putting extra pressure on oil seals. As the engine temperature increases, so do oil temperature. This thins the oil, enabling it to run more freely and better lubricate the moving parts of your engine. Cold Start Protection helps protect engine components by limiting RPM until the oil temperature reaches the optimum operating level.

Revo Temperature Protection is an additional safety feature that reduces overall load as the oil temperature passes a set limit. Exhaust gas temperatures (EGT) are also monitored, adapting the operating conditions (Air Fuel Ratio) to ensure they stay within safe parameters. If EGT’s reach a set upper limit, then power is automatically reduced until the engine returns to a safe operating temperature. Additional changes to the calibration, including the after-run pump, to greater help control temperatures.

The gauges on the virtual cockpit instrument cluster have been reconfigured to display a true representation of the increased performance and calibrated for the specific performance modes.

Left foot braking and unlocked top speed have been added to the Revo software. Allowing you to fully enjoy your vehicle to its full potential, something the driven demand.

Using an SPS switch you can take advantage of the switch-ability of Revo software. The Patented OBD2 interface is the ultimate compliment to Revo performance software, giving you the ability to switch between 4 fuel quality modes via the vehicle OBD port.

  • SPS Position 1 – 95ron Performance Mode
  • SPS Position 2 – 97 or 98ron Performance Mode
  • SPS Position 3 – 99ron Performance Mode
  • SPS Position 4 – 102ron Performance Mode

Simply select a program, plug in, wait a few seconds, remove the SPS device and start the car. It’s simple and there’s no fixed switch to install in the vehicle.

The Exhaust flaps now open earlier when under load in comfort mode, and Dynamic mode the exhaust flaps are open all the time. Overrun (Burbles) have been added and active when you put the gearbox into sport mode, along with more noise when stationary and free-revving in Neutral. Another concern was the “wastegate rattle” reported at low-speed driving from owners, again something we have addressed with our calibration. Along with disabling the catalyst warm-up mode and allowing the engine to run a normal code start procedure without the noise.

We have added in variable overrun options that you can select whilst having Revo Stage 2 software installed at your local Revo Authorised Dealer. These options allow you to customise the way your vehicle sounds whilst in Sports (Gearbox)Mode. Upshifting parameters aren’t changed, this is to ensure gear changes are kept smooth.

  • Standard Overrun option – Stock overrun parameters and duration.
  • Mild Overrun – Increased acoustics with an extended duration and now enabled on throttle lift-off.
  • Hard Overrun – Same parameters as mild overrun, but with increased intensity.
