Product Description

This tuning package will get you up to 350 PS and 510 Nm of torque. Below is our list of recommended software and hardware to achieve this.
  • REVO Stage 2 Software up to 353ps & 508 Nm of torque.
  • REVO Stage 2 DSG software for DSG cars.
  • REVO intake system.
  • REVO Intercooler pipe kit.
  • Exhaust system from turbo back with hi flow sports cat. There are several cat back options.
  • Uprated intercooler  from Revo or Forge.
  • Clutch on manual cars are prone to slip, recommend uprated clutch.
  • Recommend uprating brakes.
  • NOTE: Power is dependant on Fuel Quality, Performance Settings and Conditions.

Our package combines the optimisation of engine management system with the cat back sports exhaust but in addition to this uses a Milltek hi flow cat and more efficient intercooler and Revo intake system. Estimated gain of up to 348bhp are possible because of the more efficient intercooler and free flowing exhaust system allows the engine to breath more easily making it even more efficient. Good gains are felt in the mid range.

You can also choose between two pre-set fuel quality modes depending on which fuel you use. If you would like the ability to do this yourself then the Revo SPS Software Switch is also available separately, which can be used to quickly switch fuel modes and access an additional Anti-Theft mode.

For engine oil to work effectively and lubricate your engine it needs time to warm up. When you first start your car, the cold oil is at its thickest, producing higher oil pressure when pumped around the engine putting extra pressure on oil seals. As the engine temperature increases, so do the oil temperature. This thins the oil, enabling it to run more freely and better lubricate the moving parts of your engine. Cold Start Protection helps protect engine components by limiting turbo boost until the oil temperature increases and reaches optimum operating levels.
