Stage 1 consists of optimisation of engine management software. Before each re-map is performed, various diagnostic and mechanical checks are carried out. Expected gains are approximately +12-15 bhp and +10-12lbs.ft of torque, rev limiter is reset and removal of the speed limiter.

Stage 2 consists of optimisation of engine management software, performance air filter and Milltek Sport exhaust system. The Milltek exhaust is available in a number of options. Adding a sports exhaust system will not only give a pleasant soundtrack but also enable the engine to breath more easily adding to it's efficiency and producing more power and torque. As with Stages 1 and 2, Stage 3 combines the optimization of engine management system with the cat back sports exhaust but in addition to this uses a Milltek hi flow cat . Estimated gaint of 280bhp are possible because the free flowing exhaust system allows the 3.2 V6 engine to breath more easily making it even more efficient. Good gains are felt in the midrange.

MK5 R32 Suspension upgrades   
Stage 1 Sport spring kit working with standard damping. Reducing ride height by approximately 15mm on the front and 30mm on the rear. Fitting includes four wheel laser alignment using our VAG main dealer spec system.
Stage 2 Coilover suspension kit replacing standard springs and dampers. Allowing damping and rebound adjustment. Also allowing height adjustment. Fitting includes four wheel laser alignment using our VAG main dealer spec system.
Suspension Bush upgrade Front lower arm suspension bush upgrade, replaces standard bushes giving better steering feel and response. Anti Roll Bar Kit Larger diameter front and rear anti roll bars. Mk5 R32 Brake UpgradesStage 1 Stage 1 brake upgrade consists of Pagid RS4-2 Blue pad. Ideal for fast road use.   Stage 2 Removes original front brakes and replaces them with either Brembo 4 or 6 piston calipers and 355mm drilled or slotted discs with braided brake hoses, Brembo GT kit. This kit may require wheel spacers to be fitted. Stage 3 The B7 RS4 brake upgrade removes the original caliper and replaces it with the components found on the B7 RS4, the 8-piston caliper along with the two-piece bell and disk. Wheel spacers may be required in some cases. Pagid RS4-2 Blue pads are recommended with this upgrade.  Please contact us for a quote.
Brake fluid upgrade

Brake fluid upgrade using Motul RBF600 fluid. A real must for serious drivers.
Motul RBF600 Factory Line brake fluid is a 100% synthetic brake fluid particularly suitable for the demands of racing and for those requiring a high performance brake fluid. This high performance DOT 4 brake fluid is particularly suitable for race applications and exceeds the DOT 5.1 and DOT 3 standards, except for viscosity at - 40°C (-40°F). RBF 600 has extreme thermal resistance and stability. The very high boiling point (312°C / 593°F) of this brake fluid is better than conventional DOT 5.1 brake fluids and enables effective braking even under extreme conditions. With its very high wet boiling point (216°C / 420°F), RBF 600 is also great in the rain. RBF600 is superior to conventional DOT 5.1 brake fluid (180°C / 356°F min) and DOT 4 (155°C / 311°F min) brake fluid. RBF 600 brake fluid is suitable for all types of hydraulic actuated-brake and clutch systems requiring a non-silicone synthetic fluid. RBF600 is specially designed to resist the high temperature of racing brake (steel or carbon) and clutch systems. RBF 600 Factoryline brake fluid meets standards: 100% synthetic brake fluid from polyglycol bases. Very high dry boiling point of 312 °C / 593 °F Very high wet boiling point 216 °C / 420 °F
